A Record Each Day

The story of one family's awesome record collection.

3 notes

A second pressing copy of a split album by Matt Skiba (Alkaline Trio) and Kevin Seconds (7 Seconds), originally released in late 2002. This LP is part of a repress done in 2008 (thanks “vinyl explosion”) that saw 2,000 new copies pressed on four different colours. There were 500 copies made on white with a charcoal swirl. That’s pretty ballin’!

This second pressing was a godsend. When the album first came out I got a CD copy but the vinyl sold out so fast. I tried and failed to secure a copy in more E-Bay auctions than I can count and resigned myself to never having a vinyl copy. The repress took care of that!
